The Candor Agency has been in existence at heart for as long as we can remember. It started with just a glimmer of an idea of what the job search should be like and then blossomed into the experience that a job seeker goes through. It is a challenging and daunting task when you are looking for a new job or a new career. Change is never comfortable, at least not for most of us, and when looking for a new job there is a never-ending amount of change and lack of direction. 

For us at The Candor Agency, we get it. We have all had to look for a job at least once or twice and it's not an easy thing. We wanted to make the job search process an easy one for both the company and the job seeker. It shouldn't be a painstaking process if done the right way. We believe that the more you get to know the people you are working with and working for, the easier it is to find the right match for them. 

In our opinions, and maybe this is the "yenta" in all of us, we are a job match-making service. Just like a dating service, finding a job is figuring out what you like and what you love and what you can kind of live with :) .
